International Kite Festival Gujarat - Ahmedabad
 
Nuovo appuntamento indiano per i nostri i Aquiloni  che ritornano ad abbracciare  nel cielo i Patan Indiani  nello Stato del Gujarat, nel Nord Ovest dell'India.   Nel 2005 il Festival Internazionale si era svolto nel Police Stadium  ad Ahmedabad, gremito all'inverosimile. 
Quest'anno l'esibizione principale si è svolta in una grande area appositamente creata per l'occasione lungo le rive del grande fiume Sabarmati, (vedi foto) che scorre nel centro della città di Ahmedabad. Migliaia di persone festose  hanno sempre accompagnato tutte le nostre esibizioni  e il poco vento non ci ha impedito di alzare i nostri aquiloni anche a costo di correre.. (  nonostante sia stato molto faticoso  per il grande caldo ) ma il premio assoluto
per questa "fatica" è stata la presenza di  migliaia di persone che ci  hanno sempre accolto con i loro sorrisi, il loro entusiasmo, il loro affetto.Grazie al Governo del Guyarat ed all'organizzazione  in particolare :
Mr Basil ,Mr.Pavitran,Mr.Siram, Mr.Pancholi,Mr.J.N. Rao.. che per il secondo anno ci hanno voluto per  rappresentare l'Italia.

International Kite Festival Gujarat - Ahmedabad

   A new appointment in India for our kites that return to the the skies of Patan India in the state of Gujarat in the North West of India. In 2005 the international festival was held in the Police Stadium at Ahmedabad, which was full to the brim. This year the main exhibition was held in a large area specially made for the occasion along the banks of the large river Sabarmati (see photo) that runs through the centre of the city of Ahmedabad. Thousands of excited people accompanied all our demonstrations and the low wind did not stop us to raise our kites to the sky even if we needed to run..  (a great effort in the heat) but the prize for this effort was the presence  of thousands of people who have always rewarded us with their smiles, their enthusiasm and their affection. Thanks are due to the Govenor of  Gujarat and  to the organisers, in particular Mr Basil, Mr.Pavitran, Mr.Siram, Mr.Pancholi, Mr.J.N. Rao that for the second year wanted us to represent Italy .
